Chairman's Independence Day Message -

July 26, 2008 - UNICCO Digest

My Family of Nimba County:

As we look forward in celebrating the 161 independence day of our beloved Country, we thank Al Mighty God for restoring peace and stability in Liberia. This 26 day of July was set aside by our forefathers in the atmosphere of peace and unity. It is our prayer and hope that Nimbains will use this occasion as the begriming of healing process in our Community. Let each and every one of us transcend our personal ego and put Nimba County first. Remember, we are family no matter the circumstances.

Fellow Nimbains, from the echo and thunders of Mount Nimba, we wish you happy July 26, and may the spirit of our ancestors guide us all.

As we embark upon steering the affair of UNICCO come September 1st 2008, our administration will focus on the Three "R's"; ( RECONCILIATION, REHABILITATION, AND RECONSTRUCTION) . We will use the R as our logo in discharging our duty.

Thank you, God bless Nimba County, Liberia and strengthen our unity.

Mohammed M.S.G.Keita

PRESIDENT Elect
